Fresh Expressions Vision Day

Imagine church for those who don't do church. Come and explore new ways of building Christian community.

Come and explore new ways of building Christian community.

Vision events are a fun and interactive way to explore new ways of being church and how to form them. So far over 6000 Christians in over 100 places in the UK and worldwide have discovered more about fresh expressions of church and have come away with a real desire to work with God and develop their dreams. You can:

  • share your story
  • think about what it is to be church
  • ask questions
  • find out about fresh expressions
  • discover resources
  • build networks and relationships

We can run vision events over full days, morning, afternoon or evening sessions, or shorter seminar slots. Using the latest material, we now offer twin-track vision events, with parallel sessions enquirers and practitioners, alongside vision events especially tailored to explore mission in new housing estates and the rural context.

Vision events are a fresh experience in themselves and are ideal for:

  • complete beginners
  • practitioners with more questions to ask or stories to share
  • those with real questions about fresh expressions and mission-shaped church
  • those starting something new who need practical help
  • Christians from any church and every tradition

Vision events are carefully planned in partnership with an ecumenical group to ensure that they are locally relevant. They usually take place on a Saturday with around 50 attending.
