The Church of Scotland Trust
The Church of Scotland Trust, Scottish Charity No SCO20269, was established by an Act of Parliament in 1932. The Trust's function since January 1995 has been to hold properties out-with Scotland and to act as trustee in a number of third-party trusts.
Membership
Members are appointed by the General Assembly, on the nomination of the Trust which regularly undertakes a skills audit. The Chairperson is Mr Leon Marshall and the Vice Chair is Mrs Morag Angus. The General Treasurer is the ex officio Treasurer of the Trust and Madelaine Sproule, a Solicitor in the Church's Law Department, is the Trust's Secretary and Clerk.
