Complaining about a forum, council or committee
If you are complaining about a forum, council or committee of the Church of Scotland then your first step is to send a written complaint (by email or letter) to the Solicitor of the Church of Scotland:

Complaints Handling Procedure
The Solicitor (or Secretary) may appoint an investigating officer to carry out the complaints handling procedure, or they may liaise directly with you and the respondent (the subject of the complaint).
Complaints will be accepted from third parties, as long as the individual affected has given their personal consent.
