Complaints Handling Procedure

The Solicitor (or Secretary) may appoint an investigating officer to carry out the complaints handling procedure, or they may liaise directly with you and the respondent (the subject of the complaint).

Complaints will be accepted from third parties, as long as the individual affected has given their personal consent.

For more information about what constitutes a complaint, who can make a complaint, anonymity, time limits, and the process for handling complaints, please read the Forums, Councils and Committees Complaints Handling Procedure.
