The Church of Scotland is committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information on churches within our community. We achieve this through a collaborative effort:
Presbytery Clerks: Regular updates to church contact details are submitted by Presbytery Clerks through the Presbytery Monthly Returns database. This information is automatically integrated into the Church of Scotland's Management and Statistics (MAS) system and Yearbook. You can find Presbytery Clerks and alternative contacts on our Presbytery listing.
Ministers: Church ministers can also directly update information by emailing FaithAction@churchofscotland.org.uk. Upon receipt, the Faith Action team will forward the email to the appropriate personnel for processing.
This streamlined approach ensures consistent and current church information across our various resources, including the Church Finder tool.
