We seek an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Edinburgh based team looking after a private cloud providing IT services to 1500+ users.

Key responsibilities will include the design, deployment and support of our networking and systems solutions and to plan and carry out maintenance tasks aimed at improving the security, performance and availability of our IT Infrastructure. You will participate in planning for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery and monitor our Infrastructure and report and attend to any abnormal occurrences.

Your experience with enterprise class IT environments built around Microsoft server technologies and Cisco networking solutions will be supported by technical qualifications including MCITP / MCSE certificates in Windows Server, Exchange, Private Cloud and CCNA/ CCDA / CCNP.

In addition to these technical skills you will be a keen team player who adopts a flexible approach to work and a willingness to share technical knowledge with other members of the IT Department.
