Livelihood and Learning Adviser
Salary: £16,205- £18,114 per annum (net of UK tax)

Working through the United Mission of Nepal, you will provide advice on all matters concerning resilience, disaster management and environmental issues. You will support a team to develop organisation wide systems for learning documentation and generate evidence for UMN's programmes.
Qualified with a degree in a relevant subject such as international development, international relations or risk management, you will be experienced in community mobilization and development and will display practical knowledge and experience of resilience, disaster management and environmental issues. You will also have a thorough understanding of learning systems and evidence based development and will be proficient in documentation, reporting and proposal development.
With proven skills in successfully coaching and mentoring others, you will display strong facilitation, interpersonal and listening skills and will naturally motivate others to build capacity.
Candidates must also demonstrate a Christian commitment and calling and be able to provide spiritual as well as moral guidance and leadership as required.
