Overview

This role is for an experienced solicitor to work as a member of the team of solicitors within the in-house Law Department providing legal services to Church congregations, Councils, Committees and other associated bodies as required.

The successful candidate will have an excellent academic background, hold a current practicing certificate from the Law Society of Scotland, have a thorough knowledge of property law and practice and be able to advise in regard to a broad range of other legal matters.
