Worship Development Worker

Worship Development Worker, Mission and Discipleship, Church of Scotland
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £31,163 to £34,735 per annum

You will support presbyteries and congregations to reflect critically on the places and practice of worship and bring about creative change through the provision of advice, resources, training, events and the development of networks of interest around Scotland.

With sound communication, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively and network with other agencies; you will demonstrate a clear vision for contemporary worship and congregational life in the Church of Scotland. You will also utilise an understanding of the value of differing theological beliefs and perspectives, and how they are expressed in worship.
