Information for Grant Recipients
The 2021 Small Grants Fund aims to be a supportive Funder. The sections below explain what happens after you receive a Grant award email. In addition, you're always welcome to contact the Fund by e-mail.
Claiming your Grant
To make for a smooth and fuss-free process we ask your organisation to accept the General Conditions of Award as part of the application process so that, should your application be successful, it should be paid in a single instalment into the specified bank account within 10 working days of receipt of the Email of Award.

All of the 2021 Small Grants Fund application and reporting processes take place on an online application platform provided in partnership with SCVO.
We'll send you a link to a blank copy of the relevant report form when we advise you of your Award, so that you know what information you need to collect. As part of the application process you tell us how long your proposed project will last (usually 3 – 12 months). We will remind you towards the end of that time that we need the report within 1 month of the end of the funding period and will provide you with a link to make the report online.
