How to Apply
We strongly recommend that you use the Word template below, in conjunction with the Guidance Notes, to plan your draft before completing the online form as there will be no option to save your application and return to complete later.
Word template
Applications to the Fund can only be made online.
You can download the Small Grants Fund Application Template, which you should use to gather the information you will need to complete the online application form (see below). This is so that if there is a problem with completing the online form (such as your broadband dropping), you will still have the Word draft of the application.
Guidance Notes
Guidance notes on applying to the Fund are available to download.
Online Application Form
Once you have completed the Word template form and have your scanned, signed Extract Minute to upload you can progress to the online application form.
Privacy Notice
Please review our privacy notice, which outlines the way in which the Church of Scotland Office of the Assembly Trustees will use personal information provided to us in connection with grants awarded on behalf of the Church of Scotland.
